Upon entering our state-of-the-art office in Saratoga, you will be warmly greeted by our patient care coordinator. Our treatment coordinator will give you a tour of our front office which includes our exciting photobooth and beverage/snack station, our clinical area which includes three semi-private bays equipped with toothbrushing stations, and escort you to one of our two private consultation rooms. Your complimentary consultation will consist of us taking digital x-rays – with the latest, lowest-dose radiation machine on the market – in the convenience of our own office. These orthodontic x-rays will help Dr. Chong provide a thorough and comprehensive treatment plan, addressing all your needs. During your consultation, Dr. Chong will be able to discuss any concerns you have with your smile and bite, provide a summary of the her findings and an overview of your treatment options. With our modern online portal, you will be able to complete all forms prior to your first appointment, allow us to better understand your needs and customize your financial options. During the consultation, if Dr. Chong decides you are a good candidate for orthodontic treatment, our talented dental assistants will be on hand ready to take your orthodontic pre-treatment records, which includes photos in our professional photo studio and a scan of your teeth with our digital teeth scanner – the iTero element. Before Your Appointment
Dr. Chong and our Team at Embrace Smiles Orthodontics are dedicated to providing each patient with the time needed to discuss any questions or concerns he/she may have. Prior to appointment, we kindly inform patients that they will receiving a digital new patient welcome email. We ask patients to fill out the new patient online forms prior to the consultation. Filling out the new patient forms and any insurance coverage he/she may have helps us provide an accurate estimate of treatment cost (if applicable).
